We are seeking a world-class Social Media Manager to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as a Social Media strategist. You will support our brand’s mission of global growth and creative excellence, acting as a lead Marketing visionary for our community.
Daily Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Translate brand goals into comprehensive Social Media strategies that ensure a consistent online experience.

Content Oversight: Manage and oversee all digital content to allow for relevant activity across various Digital Marketing channels.

Performance Analysis: Measure the success of campaigns using Marketing KPIs to drive a continuous “test and learn” culture.

Competitive Research: Perform audits and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities within the global fashion landscape.

Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside a Graphic Designer and copywriters to execute product briefs.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar strategic Marketing role.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest best practices and platform innovations.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to apply behavioral insights and user-experience data into effective Digital Marketing recommendations.

Technical Literacy: Familiarity with social media listening tools, digital development, and the full Google Suite.

Communication Skills: Brilliant deck-writing and presentation skills with the ability to act as a thought leader for the brand.
